I’ve been training with Colin Bell for number of weeks now and I can honestly say he is not only the most experienced trainer I have seen within the golf biomechanics and conditioning field but is also both highly motivated and enthusiastic with his methods and ideas.
The difference I can feel already with an improved level of fitness but also my posture and the improved quality and consistency of my impact position and strike has been huge.
Whilst a lot of PT instructors work on general fitness and have a certain level of individual sports conditioning I have yet to see someone with Colin’s expertise within golf specific training.
